Day Makeup Look

Here is a pretty day makeup look you can rock this spring and summer. The main focus of this Day look are the eyes. I have been using the crap out of my e.l.f. Cosmetics products lately. I like my 100 shadow palette because it has so many colors in it! I am going to be honest though not all colors are silky smooth or completely pigmented, maybe I will do its own post here on my blog with an official review, what do you think? Let me know in the comments below if you would like that. Below you will find pictures of the eye makeup I created using all the products in the picture above. Read on for a step by step tutorial in this post.
Another product that I have been trying to reach out for more often is my smash box Wonder Vision Wheel in Sparks. Girls I hope you picked up this product, these colors are the bomb-diggity. The peachy gold and golden gold colors are amaze balls! Also for this look I used a MAC pigment in the color Melon, it is so gorgeous.
Below is a picture of the colors I used for the makeup look I created below.

Here are the steps for this makeup look.
  1. Apply a base for your eyeshadow, I used Maybelline's Color Tattoo Metal 24hr eyeshadow in the color Barely Branded. This is similar to MAC Paint pots. You can use this alone or as a base to help your eyeshadow last all day.
  2. Use a flat shader brush and pickup from the e.l.f 100 shadow palette the cranberry shade and the shade peach from the Smashbox Wonder Vision wheel and pack that onto the inner third part of the lid and the outter third part of the lid. Leave the middle portion of the lid bare.
  3. Darken up the outer using the shade Cocoa from the Smashbox Wonder Vision wheel using a Blending fluffy brush. Without dipping your fluffy brush into Cocoa again use the remaining product onto the crease using window wiping motions lightly. Be careful not to darken the crease too much, this is a Day Look.
  4. Using your Flat Shader brush again pick up MAC's Pigment in the color Melon and applythat right on the center of the lid. Make sure to blend the edges in with the outer third corners.
  5. Using Maybelline's Line Stiletto Liquid eye liner line your eye and wing it out.
  6. Curl your lashes and coat them with your favorite mascara, I used Clinique's High impact mascara and Clinique's Bottom Lash mascara.
  7. Line your water line with a black liner, I used Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil in the color Zero.
So those where the steps for this makeup look. I hope you enjoyed this post.

Pretty Hurts

So Ive been on a kick recently doing Celebrity inspired makeup tutorials. My most recent one was inspired by Beyoncé and her new video Pretty Hurts. My look is a tad darker than hers and looks extremely sexy. It is most defiantly an evening look or a look you can pull off at an event. The best thing about this look is that it was created pocket friendly products from e.l.f. Cosmetics. See what amazingly pigmented products I used in the video below. I hope you enjoy =) Also if there are any celebrity looks you would like me to do let me know. Leave a comment with what look you would like to see next.

Love you all and Please keep an eye out for an upcoming giveaway!
